Development or Test Environments

Customers are free to install Kryptiq products in a test or development (non-production) environment. As with production environments, the Customer must provide dedicated servers for Kryptiq products.

Kryptiq recommends that the non-production and production environment be as similar as possible.  Differences in servers, the network, or other components may invalidate comparison of results between non-production and production environments.

If the customer would like the test or development environment supported by Kryptiq, we can do so under a professional services engagement.  Typical test and development environments require 20 hours to install, configure and provide additional hours for on-going support of the environment.  Once the initial block of professional services hours has been consumed, Kryptiq will provide an additional quote to the customers for another block of hours for ongoing support.
