Supported Product Versions
Kryptiq provides support for the last two minor releases of our products. For older versions, we happily provide "best effort" support. This level of support comes with the understanding that if a newer version addresses the issue, the prescribed resolution will be to upgrade to our latest version.
How can I determine what is a minor release?Kryptiq denotes a release by the products version number. In the case of version 1.2.3, the number "1" represents a major release, the number "2" indicates a minor update of the major release, and the number "3" indicates a patch release. If version 1.2.3 was the latest release, then 1.2.3 and the prior minor release 1.1.x would be supported.
When will I have to upgrade?Kryptiq recommends keeping within the last two minor releases. With each release we provide new functionality and fixes based on customer feedback. Due to the variety of our customers, Kryptiq is able to develop innovative solutions to many common work flows in an individual practices as well as larger organizations. Because of this, each minor release usually includes many productivity improves that can benefit your organization. To stay up on the latest functionality, we recommend planning for an upgrade every 9-15 months. During the upgrade process, we can work with you to use any new functionality that will improve your productivity and better assist your patients.
